The Process:
Meet with the marketing person and operator to discuss vision
Brainstorm ideas with the marketing person
Turn those ideas into a tangible plan with KPI's
Follow up with the operator for verification.
Commitment: Four hours are required for the initial consultation with the option to invest in more time as is needed.
