About
Nicole Jaeger
I've had the great pleasure of working at Chick-fil-A since 2016. I had no idea what I was doing when I first started, it was so overwhelming! All I knew was I had to put God first, and he promised the rest of the things would be added unto me. I did just that and doubled my store's catering sales in my first year employed. Things grew so fast I had to slow down so we could hire enough people to keep up. I spent some time at a traditional marketing firm and quickly found out it's not for me. I LOVE Chick-fil-A. I love the values, the culture, and everything we stand for. Helping you and yours grow would be my greatest pleasure.
Sienna Heights University
My non-traditional degree came from Siena Heights just a few years ago. Getting my degree as an adult has been one of the most fun things I have done as an adult.
Chick-fil-A Corporate Employee
In addition to working locally, it has been my pleasure to help Chick-fil-A open up new locations all over the country.
How I got started with consulting
My quick success made it's way around the local Chick-fil-A social circle. Within a year I had operators calling me asking me if I would take some time to train their marketing directors. I was flattered, and intimidated by such a responsibility! I shared what I knew, and encouraged them in all they did. Success quickly became a shared phenomenon. Six years later I have helped train marketing persons from at least 7 other Chick-fil-A's and enjoyed watching them grow and succeed.Â
My Five Minutes of Fame
It's amazing how a small, random act of kindness can turn into something so much more! I saw one of our regular's son wanted to work at Chick-fil-A when he grew up, and thought it would be fun to bring him in to be an "employee" for the day. I invited the local news station to offer them an easy feel good story if they needed some cuteness for the day. They came and covered our quaint little day. 48 hours later it was in at least 40 states and gaining traction. We never had any idea that we would end up in a nationaly airing commercial. It's amazing what a small act of kindness can do.
