Short-Term Introductory Training

I always start with: 

What is an annual plan? How do you make one? How do you scoreboard your results? This conversation includes the operator as well as the marketing director.

From there we can cover the basics: 

What's the commitment?

An initial one-hour meeting with the operator and marketing director will ensure we're all on the same page. 

The second one-hour meeting will be with the marketing employee to further go over goals and what is needed to achieve those goals.

From there we will meet for 1 hour a week for the next three weeks for follow-up, practical planning, and ongoing training.

During this month I will be available via email, Marco Polo, or phone to answer any questions that may come up.

Total Investment: $300 + $60 an hour for any additional training desired.

Ongoing Training

We start with everything included in Short-Term Introductory training and go deeper from there. We can meet as much or as little as you would like over our 6-12 months together. Training can include but is not limited to:

Intensive Full Day Training

Somethings are best learned on-site and face to face. I can come down and spend the whole day meeting with the operator, marketing employee, and even speaking with or training the whole staff.
